Setting up the Bundled Solr Indexing Server

No setup is needed, any new install on an empty repository will automatically start the Bundled Solr Indexing Server webapp on the same Tomcat server as the MM Server webapp. The Bundled Solr Indexing Server stores the index files locally at located at $MM_HOME/data/solr.
