MITI Health Coverage
Health Insurance Plan
MITI offers multiple health insurance plans (currently including plans from Aetna and Kaiser) via ADP Total Source, where MITI currently covers up to 96% of the total insurance cost.
Dental Insurance Plan
MITI offers multiple dental insurance plans (currently including plans from Delta Dental) via ADP Total Source, with plans starting at no extra cost to employees.
Vision Insurance Plan
MITI offers a vision plan (currently VSP) via ADP Total Source, at no extra cost to employees.
Life Insurance Plan
MITI offers a life insurance plan ($350k) via ADP Total Source, at no extra cost to employees.
Disability Insurance Plan
MITI offers a disability plan (60% 10K MO-180 ) via ADP Total Source, at no extra cost to employees.
MITI Retirement Plan
MITI offers a 401k plan via ADP Total Source, contributing 3% of your total income (including bonuses) up to the maximum limits allowed by the IRS.
MITI Holidays
MITI employees will receive 13 paid holidays per year.
MITI Vacation
MITI's vacation plan is based on length of service:
1-3 years/15 days per year (i.e. 3 weeks)
3-6 years/20 days per year (i.e. 4 weeks)
7+ years/25 days per year (i.e. 5 weeks)
MITI Sick Time
MITI pays for sick time for up to 10 days per year. This time may be neither accrued, nor converted.
MITI Paydays
MITI uses ADP Total Source for payroll with direct deposit to your bank account. MITI's paydays are the 15th and the last day of the month. If the payday falls on a weekend, you will be paid on the Friday before.
Employee Referral Program
MITI's employee referral program will pay you a bonus award when we hire a new regular MITI employee you referred. The bonus is paid after the new employee has successfully completed 90 days of employment.
